Five different appliance sizes are available with tank contents of 5, 8, 12, 18 or 30 litres. The tanks feature a special release coating to enable convenient cleaning.

Pumps

For hotmelt feeding, the customer can select between piston and gear pumps. While piston pumps are suitable for intermittent adhesive applications, gear pumps are recommended for continuous application and for precise metering. Three types of piston pumps and 3 types of gear pumps are available to choose from.

The "Concept A 12" and "Concept A 30" can operate two gear pumps and/or piston pumps with pressure systems and feed quantities which are independent of each other. This saves not only an application unit, it enables also the combination of continuous and intermittent adhesive applications by means of one device.

Heating hoses and application heads

Up to 8 heating hoses and application heads can be connected to the «Concept A». The electrical connections and the outlet block with the glue exits are located on the rear side of the appliance. Hose connections offset by 45° enable an optimal adaptation on installation.

Accessories and options

A multitude of accessories such as application controls, fill level sensors, premelter or PROFIBUS-DP interface permit to adapt the Concept hotmelt applicator in optimal manner to cover further requirements.
