Operation

Apart from the multitude of connection possibilities the «IK 40» is characterized by its simplicity of operation. The straightforward and logical arrangement of the operating and indication elements means that even complex control tasks can be handled with easily and rapidly.

Connections

The connections for application heads, photoelectric cells, an encoder and system stop as well as a proportional valve are located on the rear side of the appliance. All inputs and outputs are arranged clearly and accessibly. The assigned LEDs enable convenient checking of the functions at any time. The screw-type connecting plugs ensure safe contact and enhance the service-friendliness.

Options

An extension board is available as an option. It enables the program selection over an external control and features outputs for the activation of a nozzle slide in case of coldglue heads and for relief of the glue pressure.
