Application
The applicator head enables the production of sift-proof folding
boxes for detergent powders, salt, animal feed and other free-flowing
products in powder form. Several lines of beads next to each
other are applied precisely onto the folding box, resulting
in full-surface and tight glueing when the flap is pressed
into position. The cost-effective sift-proof glueing method
permits to replace conventional packs featuring heat-sealed
inner bags, liners or protective films.
Precise glue application
The applicator head for sift-proof glueing enables the precise
and reliable glueing of all conventional carton sizes. Short
reaction times mean that higher speeds and a reduced glue
consumption can be achieved. Exact metering prevents contamination
due to stringing, i.e. the maintenance effort is lower and
the equipment's availability is improved.
Fast format change
The most varied folding boxes can be glued and thanks to the
module blocks it is possible to change the format within two
minutes without using any tools.
