Robatech offers comprehensive melting
and dispens-ing systems for thermoplastic hotmelt and reactive hotmelts
as used in the coating and laminating processes of textile products.
Tailored slot dies reaching up to 2.6 m of application width are
applying the adhesive either as a closed film or as an open structure
coating featuring lami-nates with breath ability and soft feeling.
A variety of spray application heads for lowest application weights
are completing the assortment. The quantity control function ensures
the desired application weight within very precise tolerances.
Dispensing solutions for the manufacturing the textile products
like clothing, automotive textiles, shoes, building accessories
or furniture textiles are provided.
